Private Client portal terms
Last updated June 7, 2026.
The Federal Bid Partners Private Client portal is provided for authorized clients and team members to manage service communication, files, invoices, requests, signatures, support, and related account activity.
Authorized access
Use the portal only for accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for notifying Federal Bid Partners if access should be changed or removed.
Client materials
Documents, messages, and service requests submitted through the portal should be accurate and appropriate for the related client engagement. Payment links, invoices, and signature workflows may be provided by connected third-party systems.
Services, requests, and response timing
Concierge, Action Center, Services, Website, billing, vault, support, intake, and e-signature workflows create client account records for Federal Bid Partners review. Submission through the portal does not replace the need to review scopes, deadlines, pricing, signature packets, invoices, or linked payment pages before approving work.
Confidentiality
Keep client portal materials private. Do not forward invoices, bid files, proposal drafts, source packages, private messages, or website-management details to anyone who is not authorized for the related account.
Billing and connected tools
Payment links, invoice PDFs, receipts, document previews, and e-signature flows may open in connected systems. Review those details before paying, signing, uploading, or approving.
Support
If you see incorrect account information or cannot access a needed service, contact your concierge desk or admin@federalbidpartners.com.
